Security Supervisor
Role Overview
The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day security operations on-site, leading the guards on shift, ensuring full coverage and discipline, and maintaining compliance with client requirements and SIRA standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise guards during the assigned shift and ensure full site coverage and readiness

Conduct roll calls, shift briefings, and task allocation (posts, patrols, access control)

Monitor performance and appearance standards; enforce discipline and SOP compliance

Respond to incidents, handle de-escalation, and ensure accurate incident reporting

Maintain site records (attendance, patrol logs, occurrence book, daily reports)

Coordinate with the client/site management and escalate issues as required

Support onboarding/training of new guards and ensure site-specific instructions are followed
Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor (UAE experience preferred)

Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills

Professional appearance and client-facing attitude

SIRA Supervisor License (preferred/required depending on assignment)

Ability to work day/night shift patterns
